The 2008 Cowboy Breakfast will take place 6:00 am to 9:00 am, Friday February 29, 2008 on Auditorium Shores in downtown Austin. Guests from all over the city enjoy this “free” party which kicks off the Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo every year.
